While we would love to ship direct to you our products need to remain completely frozen to arrive in perfect condition. Our Yorkies are so light they defrost quickly and are easily squashed. We have trialled using gel packs but unfortunately they don’t work for us and we refuse to compromise on quality.
We have chosen to partner with online retailers who ship with dry ice, this means products stay perfectly frozen in transit. This process is more expensive than gel packs so do check out the other exciting products our online partners have available and make the most of free delivery on larger orders.
